Dancing Awake


I spend alot of time washing dishes, dirtying dishes, remembering things from the past, worrying and typing on a keyboard. These actions aren't bad but it sure is easy to space out and lose consciousness doing them. Most of us have lots of daily activities like this.

And, once in awhile we experience being awake, we really feel alive, maybe even have a new thought...something brings us into our body, heart and mind right in the moment.

Conscious Dance is a practice for dancing ourselves awake so that we live our lives more fully, experience more of these alive moments and possibly even experience new physical motion, new feelings and new thoughts.
