Catnip for a Happy HaraNepeta cataria
The leaf most cats love makes for a wonderful calming digestive tea or tincture, assisting the stomach in receiving and digesting nutrients well. A catnip bath is wonderful for children to induce sweating and reduce fever. A catnip syrup can be used as part of a tonsillitis herbal treatment.
Just be sure to grow catnip in a hanging pot if you have cats!
